1. General information only

The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be understood or construed as, professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this Site creates a therapist-client relationship between you and Resilient Clinical Counseling, LLC or Karen Cummings-Wedding, LAPC, NCC.

2. No therapist-client relationship

Using this Site, sending an email, filling out a contact form, or otherwise communicating with us through this Site does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is only established after a formal intake process, signed informed consent documents, and mutual agreement to begin treatment.

3. Emergency situations

This Site is not designed for or intended to address emergencies or crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. 4. Telehealth services

Resilient Clinical Counseling, LLC provides services exclusively through telehealth (secure video conferencing). By engaging in telehealth services, clients acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with technology, including but not limited to the possibility of technology failure, interruptions, unauthorized access, and the limitations of electronic communication. We use HIPAA-compliant platforms to minimize these risks, but no technology is completely secure.

5. Scope of practice & supervised status

Karen Cummings-Wedding, LAPC, NCC, is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She practices under the clinical supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in accordance with the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors and the requirements of 49 Pa. Code Chapter 49. This supervised status is disclosed to all clients prior to the beginning of treatment.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Resilient Clinical Counseling, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
