Our commitment
Resilient Clinical Counseling, LLC is committed to making our website and services accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to mental health resources and information, and we work to ensure that our digital presence reflects that value. As a practice that specializes in serving clients with vision loss and blindness, accessibility isn’t an afterthought here — it’s foundational to how we work.
Accessibility standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines provide a framework for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.
What we’re doing
Our efforts to maintain and improve accessibility include using semantic HTML structure so the site works well with screen readers and assistive technologies, ensuring sufficient color contrast between text and background colors throughout the site, providing alternative text for meaningful images, making sure the site is navigable using a keyboard alone, designing with clear and consistent navigation, using readable fonts and appropriate text sizing with responsive scaling across devices, and avoiding content that flashes or moves in ways that could trigger seizures or discomfort.
Telehealth accessibility
As a virtual-only practice, we’re mindful that telehealth itself can present accessibility considerations. If you need accommodations related to our telehealth platform — such as closed captioning, larger text display, audio-only sessions, or other adjustments — please let us know before or during the scheduling process, and we will work with you to find a solution. Intake and billing can be handled via phone if digital forms are difficult to complete.
Known limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we recognize that there may be areas of our website that are not yet fully accessible. We are continuously working to identify and address these issues. If you encounter a specific barrier, we want to hear about it so we can fix it.
Third-party content
Our website may include content or functionality from third-party providers (such as scheduling tools, contact form services, or embedded media). While we select tools with accessibility in mind, we do not have full control over the accessibility of third-party content. If you experience difficulty with any third-party features on our site, please contact us and we will do our best to help or provide an alternative way to access the information or service.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, have difficulty accessing any content, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
